F1 Stamping Suggestions Friends

Hi friends,

I did my MS in EE in 2012 and worked on OPT then had COS from F1 -h1b. In May I went for stamping in chennai, got rfe and got rejection two weeks back saying documents are not sufficient for verification though submitted all docs they asked.

Now got an admission from good uni for MS in CS, what are the chances for F1 approval.
Can anyone help me with possible questions.
Can I go for stamping in Canada as I have a valid visa for Canada.
Did anyone know about the similar cases.

Maa friend di kuda same case... H1 rejected , but still able to come back to US on F1 for second masters. Don't loose hopes..
