Description (from an old posting updated to reflect Windows 8): 

 

(Scale 1 - 5, 5 is a MUST Have, 1 helpful) 

 

- Windows Mobile 8.x Developer ( Scale 5) 

 

o Custom Control Design and work (Scale 3) 

 

o Support for multiple screen resolutions (Scale 3) 

 

o Installation CABs (Scale 1) 

 

o C# is the primary language that needs to be known (Scale 4) 

 

- Experience with LINQ (Scale 3) 

 

- Experience with Silverlight 3.0 and 4.0 (Scale 3) 

 

Primary focus would be to update one of our Mobile 8.x based application, but then 

 

would move to assist with our future projects.
