Employer Forgot To Apply H4

HI friends,

 

 I am on F1 and have approved H1 which start Oct 1st 14 and I came to know my employer did not apply H4 for my spouse who is staying with me in usa.

 

1. Does any one know how to apply I-539  and its procedure.

2. Employer asking me to do it by myself

1.  A check or money order for $290 addressed to US Department of Homeland Security

2.  Completely filled and signed I539 form.

3.  Passport copy.

4.  F2 Visa copy.

5.  Marriage certificate.

6.  I94 front and back copies.

7.  Copy of H1 holder's approval notice.

8.  Copies of H1 holder's approval documents along with passport and visa copies.

Can I send the package instead of giving to employer?

 After sending it , do they reply me with any case number or how does it work?

yes you can send it by yourself.  Maa HR naa packet tho patu naa wife H4 docs kuda pampindhi but H4 receipt notice naa residence ki vachindhi.  I mean mailing address I539 application lo nadhi pettina.

passport lo just first and last page pedthe chalu which has all the info.  Just I797, visa, I94, and passport.  I think maaku 1 week lo vachindhi

My docs were sent to California Service Center but not sure of their address.  I think you can find in USCIS website.
