standup half an hour sasthadhi .. maa whole team count 24 ala undhi.. okadu status tho paatu sodhi start chesthadu adhi inka aagadhu.. naaku irritation manaku avasaram lenivi vinalante..  

 

 

2 weeks sprint ki tfs dashboard/web portal open chestharu.. daily 6 hours reduce cheyali.. oka vela red loki velthe enduku blocked antaru and people ni adugutharu do you have any blockers ani..

 

aa sodhi normally stadup lo cheyyaru they just give status what done what doing ani dependencies unte they will point

 

i know everyone choose thr comfortable way but 30 min standup above 60 team unte thappa avasaram ledhu ...time undhi kabatte sodhi coming in btw

ninna evening maa PM ki lead ki heated discussion ayyindhi aa planing meeting end lo .. 2 weeks capacity kanna user stories total hours ekkuva unnayi.. inka maa lead godava petti(I don't want to be red from day 1 ani) oka user story teeseyinchadu..
