H1B Stamping Suggestions

Hello All, Please provide me good suggestion on my H1B stamping.

 

I came to USA on Jan 2010 and graduated in Dec 2012.

I have applied for OPT in Jan 2013. I got one RFE in September 2013 submitted required documents. In Dec 2013 my OPT application was denied and provided a grace period of 30 days to leave USA or to reenter on new sevis. I have went to Mexico and came back on sevis ID. 

From Jan 2014 i am doing second masters and working on CPT from Jan 2014. My H1B got approved in April 2014 and i am planning to go for stamping in Dec 2014. 

 

I don't have any W2 in previous as i haven't worked anywhere  because i dont had any CPT/OPT in 2010 to 2013. From Jan 2014 i was working on CPT in a company.

My LCA was filed on xxx pay per year and my employer was running monthly more than what was in LCA (yyyy). Does it will have any effect in Visa interview.

I don't have any W2 in previous, What should i say if an interviewer ask for W2. And i haven't did any work in Jan 2013 to Dec 2013 as i don't have OPT/CPT. What should i say if they ask what i did in this period.

 

Please help me with these question and provide me suggestion for my interview. Thanks a lot in advance.

Jan 2013 lo OPT apply chesa, okasari RFE padindi documents submit chesa. Dec lo denial ani vachindi. So mali same school lo I20 tisukoni mexico ki veli reenter ayanu with new I94.

Jan 2013 nuchi Dec 2013 varaku work cheyale OPT/CPT ledu kabati

Jan 2014 nuchi 2nd masters CPT mida working till now

H1B april lo approve ayindi, Stamping Nov lo veldam ani planning

 

Naku previous year W2 ledu work cheyale kabati, 2011 W2 undi

LCA lo XXX amount undi per year but epudu na every month pay fluctuate avtundi (More than what's in LCA)

Certification em ledu naku, Jan 2013 to Dec 2013 em cheyaledu kaligane unna

OPT deny ayindi
