This position will manage the transition of several files and data from ODJFS including:

 

•             IBM/Sterling Commerce Connect Direct (mainframe and Windows)

•             IBM Filenet version P8

•             MCPOhio non-prod and production

•             Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System Interfaces

•             Support Enforcement Tracking System Interfaces

•             Medicaid Research/Support Service and RMF replacement

•             MITS Interfaces

•             MITS Password Reset

•             Remedy/ITSM

•             TIBCO

•             Tivoli Identity Management

 

The Senior Program Manager will be required to provide the following support.

 

1.            Lead the File Transfer project using formalized project management approaches and techniques that best support the scope of the project. 

2.            Manage, coordinate, and establish priorities for the File Transfers project.

3.            Identify problems and viable solutions for consideration.  Ability to articulate problems and options to a varied audience including staff, managers, and executives. 

4.            Manage the project plan, including the project schedule, for the File Transfers.

5.            Manage the communication with internal and external stakeholders.

6.            Effectively run a variety of meetings, varied audiences and subject matter, to support the lifecycle of the project. Prep work should be done in advance to ensure meetings run efficiently and produce the intended outcome. 

7.            Manage any relevant data conversion and interface design and reporting requirements for the File Transfers project.

8.            Develop technical documents, project plans and tasks upon request by the State.

9.            Any other tasks assigned by the management team based on project needs.  E.g. schedule meetings, prepare agendas, comfortable with Microsoft project schedules, etc.
