Help With 221 G

Hi ,

 

Sep 25th na Visa stamping ki vellanu Hyd lo H1B

 

Here is how my interview happened

 

VO:Who is your Employer

Me:XYZ

 

VO:who is your client

Me:ABC

 

VO:Can I see your client letter

Me:Sure,gave him my Client letter

 

He took the letter and discussed with some one who st behind him(desi Guy)..After that they both came and asked me to submit all my docs and told me to wait outside in the lobby..Later on they called me

 

VO:What did you study

Me:I have done my Masters in US

 

He then gave all my docs and passport back along with a white slip(221g) with 1st option" You will receive further instructions at the email address you provided"..He also said that he need to talk to my Client

 

When I check my application status online it says its in " Administrative processing "

 

Please let me know how long will it take for my status to be cleared.I am really tensed

recent ga last week naa frnd ki kuda 221g ochindhi mumbai consulate lo....masters lo thana research meedha chala questions adigaranta and 221g icharanta...my frnd is tensed now....naa frnd dhi FT job with a very good reputed company and idhi thana 2nd H1.  first H1 ee mnth end ki aipothundhi but VO old visa kuda cancel chesi 221g ichadanta....by the way naa frnd dhi masters lo nuclear combustion paina research...job kuda thana field lo ne chesthunnadu...he submitted all the docs and he is still waiting for the reply

eee VISA process antha luck bro... evariki eppudu emi avuthadoo guarantee ledhu.. I had very tough experience last year.. Naa H1 deny ayyindi.. ee Year approve ayyindi.. never know what will happen... 

 

All I can say is STAY POSITIVE..
