Twist In Rental Car Accident...help Please

hello all,

              happened in NJ.... car was in parking lot....okadu back nunchi vachi hit chesadu...naa car and vaadi car rendu ku rented with same company......nenu rental car insurance tisukoledu but vaadu tisukunnadu....naaku na own insurance undi...police reported...police said the car rental will take care of you....

 

        but rental car company called me and say me to give my insurance ID so that they can claim...but i said i got nothing with this because the other driver hit me from rear and i was not even driving my car..now they say to give ID and after claim, my insurance will then get refund from the other driver's insurer..help am confused

Next sari phone lepi Telugu lo matladu..., phone chesina parthi sari telugu lo matladu or vadiki ardham kani language lo matladu. After few calls they will stop calling u.

Call any local layer around your area explain the situation . Just in case ask your insurance company if it is the right process to do . -- don't worry they wont raise your premium just for asking .

new jersey lo venaka nundi evaru accident chesina vallade fault, however you drive in front. So submit police report and tell other person to contact rental agency. I had the similar issue, they deducted 500 dollars from my credit card and issued a check back in few days.

Don't agree for that. When you extend or apply for new insurance in future, they will ask you about the previous claims and it may impact the price of your future insurance.
