1. One time investment - D7000.

2. Ledu dabbulekkuvundi ante you can start with D3200 since you are getting lens, next time you can just go for only body may be better than D7000 also. you have option open here.

No baa. D7000 is starting point for expensive camera's i even compared both the camera features. D7000 lo advantage is light weight and D800 is little heavy.

 

image format in D800 is FX and in D7000 is DX.

D800 full length camera and D7000 is not full length camera
