Dosa My own recipe( applied for patents)


2 cups rice floor

1 cup urad floor

1/8 cup wheat floor

1 cup atukulu

Pour enough water

Blend all in a mixer


Let the batter fermantime for a day just inside of oven


Put dosas with it. You love it
