I ll ignore the spamming and isstart.................... 

 

Never have carbs at night....

 

Carbs motham maneyadam kastame.... a craving podanki Lunch time lo tinandi....because you ll be involved in many activities that ll digest by the time you go to bed.

 

Night strictly no carbs...

 

Me daily diet ratio ila undali: carbs(rice) + protien (meat) 50%

Fiber (fruits) 50%

Night strictly no carbs...

and also please try this once in a day (if possible only at your risk)

First thing nuv em cheyyi ante....intlo carbs......rice, snacks, fried food emi unna tesesay.....epdana baga akalsi rice tindam anukuna intlo undakudadu...Replace your entire groceries at home with fresh fruits and veggies.

 

 

 

Muscles are made in kitchen. Diet start chesaka, fitness start cheyyi...ala contionus ga ragi tagithe...oka roju virakthi vasthadi.... healthy options challaaaaa ikada....nenu konni recipes post chestanu
