Never have carbs at night....

Carbs motham maneyadam kastame.... a craving podanki Lunch time lo tinandi....because you ll be involved in many activities that ll digest by the time you go to bed.

Night strictly no carbs...

Me daily diet ratio ila undali: carbs(rice) + protien (meat) 50%
Fiber (fruits) 50%
