1 month back client change ayyanu.Employer full billing rate tho file chesadu LCA lo (95k) .But eppadu at the end of year lo W-2 lo gross pay will be less than LCA since 1st month different billing rate medha run ayyindhi with old client .stamping appudu idhi emanna prblm aa?

 

year middle lo client change ayethe new pay tho vunna LCA and W-2 kuda aa year end appudu match avvala??

let say ne lca from Jan - Jun lo 100K undi and Jul to Dec 80K, then average 90K pay run aithe chalu, but make sure when your pay decreases in LCA ante your performance is not good ani, just be careful on that
