1 friend got h1 denied one friend got h1 stamping denied one friend got f1 stamping denied when went for wedding .. Ma friend ki okariki Last year H1B applications rendu pick ayyayi..and rendu reject ayyayi due to multiple petitions ani annadu...So oka denial lo multiple petitions ani simplega vundhi..but 2nd dantlo recentga vala employer pampinchaka chusthey..."violated F-1 (academic student) status" ani vundhi...So maa friend G bea Com nundi 9 months course chesaka CPT teesukunnadu...and Denial letter lo "CPT is not an integral part of an established curriculam, the beneficiary is not engaged in Valid CPT employment" ani ichadu... 

 

They gave 33 days to appeal on this...but employer maa friend ki recentga pampinchadu...but denial January 2015 ki employer deggariki vachindi..."If beneficiary present in US in violation of law, he shud reqd to depart immediately" ani vundhi..So his bad luck is..ee year H1 pick kaledhu...2 applications vesadu..but still premium ayithey biscuit ayindhi confirm...inka regular di kuda almost no hopes aney anukovali...

 

So if he is really maintaining unlawful presence in US, then 6 months lopu vellipovali ledanteh 10 year bar ani chepparu anta...Murthy valani consult ayithey yah denial letter prakaram u hav to leave antunnaru anta...Mari college lo course ki fees pay chesadu..and college vadu CPT ichadu kabatti work kuda chesthunnadu present...

 

So evarikanna ilanti situation face chesara?? if so...ippudu vaadu em cheyali?

 

need some info....multiple pititions ante from same employer or different employers....if same employer it make sense?

oka friend status kosam UNV join ayyindi...join ayina 10 days ke adi black listed...h1 apply cheste query padindi then valla company vallu consular processing  ani answered query i mean COS akkarledu ani as lawyer said thats the only way she can get approved...she got approved and went immediately to india for stamping and came back...pina bhayya cheppinattu adi not a bad idea..

 

ps: idi 2011 story ipppudu ala unnayo stamping situations in india i am not sure
