yes, first thing is 3 months no aparment complex properies will let people stay without rent for 3 months, they will kick the tenants from their property and will put on a case called ""evicted"".. if one is evicted he/she can never sign a lease again in their life.

 

second, without ssn and ID proof and proper signature and MO/check for the total on the name of the property in front of the leasing office people they cannot hand over the apartment keys..YOU can LITERALLY SUE THIS PROPERTY BIG TIME bro,,with the help of an attorney.

 

Third, forgery case of that guy who is trying to be a smart ass, indeed he is in trouble now, file a case with an attorney..

 

based on the court dates, you can still try to manage your trip, but i do suggest you to check with an attorne about this case and your india trip..
