i would do cardio + Weight Lifting for effective fat reduction and muscle build at same time.. Diet plays major chunk of role in it though.. I normally gave up checking my calorie intake.. Once you start eating clean keeping calorie check is not required. You wanna get lean muscle? or just look skinny??  The problem is if you go on a HIIT plan to get lean..and once you become lean you give it a break .. you will get back in old shape as you were with food habits...so itz a continuous cycle and patience is the key..  If you eat calorie deficit make sure your vitamins are in check.. else you will open another box full of snakes..

don't get too much into it all of a sudden.. tat way within few days u will bored and lazy...just cut down sugars and carbs for now...eat more fruits and take whey..

cardio for 30 mins and one other item like chest, back, shoulders, arms and triceps etc..keep it simple and do it for long... it works... u will feel as if u r taking any poison once u see sugar and carbs after u follow this....

follow my diet.. 20 kgs thagganu inko 5 kgs to go .. 99 to 80 ki vacchaa inko 5 kgs kosam tryingg

but where is ur diet?

 

Morning:

 

Bread + Avacado + Honey

 

or

 

instant Oats with water.. no extra sugar added

 

Lunch:

 

Pulka + ekkuva curry (any vegetables)

ekkuva antey maree ekkuva oka bowl curry and 2 pulkas tho thinta

 

Evng Fruits

 

Night Fruits or Salad .. nenu ekkuva juice thagi padukunta.

 

Veeti tho patu daily oka 4 Lt water sure ga thagutha.. restroom ekkuva sarlu vellali but thappadu..

 

Tea coffee chaalaa thagginchaa.. 1 time per day

 

Alcohol , Chips & Soda completely stopped..

 

Daily morning oka 30 mins walking

 

Evng oka 1.30hr Tennis or gym veltha..

 

skin ki exercise kosam cold water tho shower ..

 

Celery ekkuva times teesukunta in a week.. indulo soluble non soluble fibers ekkuva untay which is very good.

 

Rice week ki 2 or 3 times teesukunta..
