manchiga neyyi tinu chapati ki petkoni.. Neyii teskuntey Amul di tesko it will be good..

 

try to drink a Spoon of Honey daily morning or eat atleast 10-12 dates every morning.. in 3-4 months you will see difference..

 

Milk at night with honey..

 

Eat ripen bananas daily one..

Neeyi vantiki chala manchidi...it is suggested to eat one spoon of Ghee every day.. Mana patakalam vallu baaga neyyi tiney vaaru .. in each meal they use to add Neyyi... how is your general metabolism?

atihey you have to do workout..and eat more definately avtav laavu ga.. atleast muscle kanpistadi.. try to eat 5 times.. add more fruits.. basic ga calories ekkuva tinu (good food).. Get your current cholesterol checked though..
