brah, i have a long long way to go.. achieve cheskunnaka i will post .. ippatikaithey barbell squats and deadlifts ee sarriga ravatledu :( akkada chala motivation loose avtunna not regarding amount of weight i lift but regarding my form and proper way to do it..
