Today's Menu (writing everything on request of our own snowbabu :)  )

 

Chest :

 

Bench Press:

 

2 warmup sets 20 pounds 8 reps each

20lbs 1 x 9

30lbs  2x 9

 

incline dumbell press

3 x 9 25lbs

 

pectoral fly machine

 

40 lbs  x 9

50lbs   x9

60lbs   x9

 

cable cross overs lower chest

3 *9  15 lbs

 

triceps :

Two arm tricep extension

 

3 *9  20lbs

 

cable pull downs

 

3 x 9  50lbs

 

medium grip barbell press

 

3 x 9  (no weights only barbell rod)

 

Abs:

 

3 *12 leg raises

 

3* 12 v ups

 

3 *12 crunches

antey leyy nenu kudaaa but workouts niii track chestaa almost 80%... so that will have idea what weights to pick up next...

This is what I did today

 

Bent Over Barbell Row 
3* 10 - 95 lbs
 
Underhand Cable Pulldowns 
3*12 - 120lbs
 
Barbell Deadlift
2*10, 1*12 - 145 lbs
 
Dumbbell Alternate Bicep Curl 
3*10 - 25 lbs each
 
Preacher Curl
3*12 - 40 lbs

or one day hands one day legs one day abs one day back ilaa cheysukuntey best aa?? any suggestions

dude..give recoery time to muscles...work out 4 days ..3 days rest..u will have more stamina during workouts..and less risk of injury
