Help me in finding a apartment in Irving Area 

My Requirements:-

1. Luxury Apartments or semi -Luxury

2. Indian Community

3. Gated Community

4.. pool and fitness Area

5. dont like all big floor building, Community should be big but it has to scattered.(for ex:- Camden)

6. Budget:- 800$ - 1200$ including the Washer and Dryer.

$1200 kastam manchi vattilo...la villita lo nenu 2014 lo unnapude single bed $1200-$1300 madhyana undedhi last i heard daantlo 2 bed 1800$ anta.....so if u have kids u need to take 2 bed....and nuvvu anukune rate ki jaffa park pakka unna vattilo manchivi kuda ravu akkada kuda i think ots around $1300

yes plano lo  preston and ohio daggara unna appartments  are good....gated blocks price kuda ok...but ippudu akkada kuda single bedroom >$1000 ayyindhi ani vinna

1 bed kooda ordinary vi 1100 ..koncham new vi 1300 cheptunnaru

First impression aandariki TX/Dallas aante cheap,double bedroom 8000-1200$ lopu dorukothayani aandarau aankuntaru..which is  not totally correct...Infact i dont see much diff TX with east coast.

 

I moved from East coast to TX 2014 and thought the same.....Naa expenses chala ekkuva ayyayi after moving to TX....

 

i am paying 1460$ for 2 bed/2 bath with garage included...similar to east coast rent...

AFAIK...plano lo konni apartments full of desis,i heard 2-3 months waiting period vundanta....

 

check apts in preston rd..pepsico and few major companies akkada vunnai...
