6 people ante.. 6 developers aa leda mix of dev and testers aa nuv anedi....

 

i think there is no ideal team size until u start on Sprint 0.. its all trial and error

4 dev and 2 qa I mean man... ee madya pair programming alavaatu cheymantaaru team ki... aa QA vallu raasey code aitey vammo..... project anta sqlservercentral lo petti paaresaaru code teeskelli...

my scrum master is not certified and he is a FTE for firm since 16 years.. but still struggles to talk english and work along with team..his communication skills are very poor :(

mee estimation sarigga unda chuskoo... ekkuva work dump chestunaara.. leda nu ekkuva work unna story ki takkuva estimation istunava?
 

 

they have fixed user stories.. elago aid 4 weeks lo complete cheyyali ani full pressure.. iteration 0 itself was a failure..estimation correct ganey icham.. but they are dumping additional works on us too.. madyalo vacheysi idi small change etc etc ani.. andaru desi gallu ayyesariki process follow avvatledu.. pressure is surmounting.. ROFL endi antey national holidays ni kuda oka 8 hrs day laga consider chesaru.. like if i have 152 hrs in a month with 8 hrs a national holiday.. expectation is to complete 160 hrs work..

what I mean is, I create a new program idea for the company and aa idea ni product team ki ista... ala kotta project create cheskoni, naa student pillakaayal ni join cheskuntaa man... adi man... try like that anna... if your company is open for that... Scrum lo adi oka advantage, new project antey developers ni hire chestaru as most of the others will be locked...
