It may or may not impact visa duration & I94 expiry dates.
Better to have a pp with a date higher than 797 expiry date

meeku H1 next 2 years undi PP expiry 1 year lo undi stamping ki vellina or POE daggara vallu passport expiry date varake i-94 istaru, malli passport renewal chesukunnaka okasari country dhati ravali to update i-94,  naku jarigindi ilane but 1 week gap eh undi i-797 visa data and pp expiry date ki so.
