I came to india on some personal issues and now I want go back but I dont have stamping for my H1B. I dont have the client letter also. My current H1B expires this december and I can extend it for three more years. I am looking for a company who can transfer my H1B who have internal projects. My current employer is not supporting at all. Can anybody help?

Go for stamping with some client letter. You can get visa stamped. Once you come to US, its easy to transfer or file an extension. Don't let the barriers and fears in your mind stop you. Go for stamping. You can get the Visa stamped for 3 months and tell the consulate office that the company has already filed for extension.
