Eh1 Extension Help!

Hello everyone,

 

Naa colleague okathanu Jun 2nd na eh-1 extension apply chesadu..learned that extension/transfers are taking beyond 4 months these days..trackitt lo chuusthe kuda adhe undhi...but athani eh-1 ee sep 30th expire aipothundhi...going with usc.ai.s extension times lately, say if his H1 extension is still pending with govt, would he be considered staying out of status or still in status after sep' 30??. meeru em suggest chestharu, premium chepichukodam best aa ilaanti cases lo? koncham salahalu ivvagalaru..

Firsttime H1 apply chesaka, it's not valid until approved. proof of application is not considered as H1 status.

 

approved H1 vacchaka, any extensions etc, H1 status continues unless declined. decline ayina kooda, old H1 date varaku will be in status. your friend is in this stage, so no problem

Firsttime H1 apply chesaka, it's not valid until approved. proof of application is not considered as H1 status.

Receipt number unte chaalu....

I renewed my license also with that so dont worry...he is not out of status untill he gets the response

I am in the same situation...H1 visa expired and extension under processing from past 4 months...You are eligible to work for 240 days after your visa is expired and H1b extension petition is under processing
