hello all,

naaku recent ga job offer vachindhi..background check nadusthundhi so i think its gonna take a while to provide everything in papers..but general question - current employer tho i140 filed and got approved very recently (jun 2015)...lets say, nenu sep ending ki kotha employer ki H1 transfer start chestha-

> kotha employer na H1 transfer(premium process) chesthunnapudu, na current employer ki  uscis nunchi emanna transfer notifications vasthaya? naaku process start ayyi transfer finish ayye daaka, current employer ki reveal cheyyalani ledhu. I want to give notice to current employer once I'm done with H1 transfer with new employer just to be on safeside.

> Also, na I140 approve aindhi with current employer. kotha employer 3 months tharvatha gc processing start chestha annadu. But since I140 was recently approved, should I wait for a certain period(in months) before I switch to new employer? I understand that I140 will be revoked once I switch but retain time laaga emanna untadha?

Please koncham experienced guys salahaalu ivvagalaru. Thanks in advance.

-- No need to wait once i140 approved you can port the date with new employer, you just need i140 approval copy anthe
