I need your suggestion guys .

I used to work company A till last month & last month my family went to India . Recently I moved to company B and my h1b transferred & approved while my family was in India . Do then need to go stamping or I need to process any thing . What's there status ?? Do the current visa valid ?

DO they still have unexpired visa stamped on their passport??

if visa is unexpired.. no need of stamping.

 

They need to carry the copy of your new & old I797 and get an I94 based on new I797 at POE.
