u have to critic the directors and mainly producers.....if a producer and director reallywant to make movie which is different they can find a good actor who can give 100% to that charecter insted of running behind stars..

 

now a days all producers want to make money but not want to make a great movie..they will force directors to do a sucessfull movie with foumula...same with heros to.....( prime example Bellam konda, Dhanayya, Mr. idiot "Bandra ganesh")

 

it starts with producers first.they are ones who invest money. they can dictate what they want to do.....if producer is passionate about a making great movie..he will make it irrespective of failure and sucess....failure and sucess are every where u have to take a risk and put ur hard work.....now a days it became businees every want profits. so they are making crap movies again and again.
