walmart meat yeppudo cut chesi freezer lo pedthadu... meat hard avthadhi... taste yegiripothadhi

 

halal vadu cut chesina meat fresh untadhi direct cut and serve chesthadu ma area lo... so taste bagane untadhi

asalu thick ga radu.. enni time cook chesina.. water laga avutundhi,,,

 

same amma.. fry chesthe. rice ki kastam .. chepathiki ithe fry ok kani.. 

 

any tips to make thick chiken gravy !

sambadu, 10 years cooking experience tho cheputhunna, 

dont add more onions. 

if u want thick gravy only option is cook in low flame and add poppy seeds(dry roast) +ginger+garlic+coconut(optional)+groundnuts(optional-dry roast) and grind them. if no mixer, then no option but just add coconut which u can buy readily. 

 

for any cooking if u want thick gravy cook on low flame till onions are smashed

cashew paste veyyu (Just grind 10 to 12 cahsews with some water in blender)..this  will impart best thickness to your gravy!
