Hi,

My H1b transfer is in regular processing from past 7 months and I am travelling to India next month and I won't be back until Mar,2016 and I have my H1b stamping until sep2016 (based on previous I797).

Current processing time at Vermont is May25th and mine received on June8th. Couple of friends has got H1b transfers approved last week (applied on June8th).

Is it necessary to do premium at this point?

While I am travelling back to US in March, if my case is denied, I am sure, I cannot enter US.

What If my case is in still pending or I get an RFE? Am I not allowed to enter US, even though I have my H1b stamping?

BTW, POE is in Boston? Any previous experiences in Boston?

Thanks.

if your current i797 valid till march yes you can enter.

if rfe and current i797 not valid then you have to wait till approval
