Brother, 2 years lo rates, land rates, interest rates ila chala changes vachesthayi. Market lo e roju hot ga unde strategy or deal repu kuda anthey solid ga untundhi anna nammakam ledhu. so 2 yrs tharuvatha ela untundhi ani nuvvu anchana veyyadam chala kastam and especially calculation miss ayye chances are very high.

 

So unless you are really sure about what you are doing, dont go ALL IN.

 

I read somewhere that Ambani (or some other guy) once said, " If you have an idea implement it immediately because if you got an idea it is very likely that someone else also got it so its not about who got the idea first. Its about who implemented it first".
