H1 Transfer From India Possible?

Dear friends,

 

I got H1 visa stamped in India, fortunately my employer not amending (one of the MNC) even having positions in USA for an year now ( unofficial confirmation). Can I transfer H1 from India and come to US?  How difficult to transfer and is there any issues in POE?

 

What are the chances to rejection.

 

My visa is valid for 3 years.

 

Please provide the probs & cons in details appreciated

Chesukovachu emi problem avadu.. 

 

neku company sponsor chesi, project unte issue emi kadu. POE lo old stamping tho vacheyachu..

Sure chesukovachu...valid visa unte new approved i797 chupinchi raavochu lopalaki. But premium lo file chesuko reg. process is taking over 6months.

But US ki vachi kuda transfer chesukovachu emo kada ...just a thought.

nuvvu already work chesava US lo ? Naku telisi if you have not worked for that employer in US, your H1 cannot be transferred from india. Niku minimum 2 pay stubs undali. Post the same question in murthy forums as well to get expert opinion.
