i wrote the comment today..i did ask 50 ish people from different groups to write the comments and passed them my comment notes for any further suggestions.. None Replied.. Most of them denied to write .. they are pretty -ve regarding writing the comments that its a waste of time.. I still dinn pay any heed and wrote mine..Indeed they made fun of me too, of which i don't give a rats ass, that shows their own character..

I today felt so disappointed in people's attitude towards writing comments.. In the Whole proposal rule game, only thing which is in our control is to comment.. and we just lazy around to pass few comments and wait on other people to do the job.
Wheras we have time to write comments about Movies/Restraunts etc but not about what we need on immigration when options are given...

I felt most of them don't respect the people who are fighting for the cause.. Its sad indeed..

Fact: if same rules applied no changes in this rule, if ones applies in EB2 they get their GC in 2030.

Our people are active when somebody make a video on movie review it gets more clicks than deserved.

Yo mine got posted after two days.. i think posting stops by 4pm EST in regulations site..thats what i observed..

i successfully got 4 people to write the comments.. phew!! it took lot of effort.. i had to tell them to stick to their basic nature of being Selfish to the core and these commenting is absolutely about them and no one else.. First person grammatical  reference is fine.. so it was between Selfish Vs Responsible and selfish wins. Even though hard fought its a win/win either ways.

 

I would request everyone of you to at least make few people write the comments. Lets Not think about the result and do whatever we can do in our control.. Well i just spilled the basic principle of life.. if you only want the fruit still you need to shell money or work hard for thieving it out.. Either ways there is effort.. Fruit is an embody of effort in this reference.. don't Juice it up!!

Jolted down few points.. This a vague description so that you understand what we are referring here in the thread.. Please add your own situations and personal views on what improvements needs to amended to the proposal

 

 

although, retention of employment based immigrant visa petition is a welcome change, DHS/USCIS hasn't provided any specifics on whether there needs to be re-file of PERM/140 during every job switch

 

Retention of priority dates doesn't provide any insight on how will provide relief to employment based Immigrants, as this process is already existing and seems pretty arbitary in nature to be added in the proposal.

 

Non Immigrant Grace periods for one time is of no use to any one..

 

Eligibility of employment authorization in compelling circumstances clause is very rigid, which indirectly compells skilled immigrants out of it..

 

Improvements :

 

1) If Job portability is main agenda of this Proposal, for 140 approved petitioner, there should be no need to re-file perm/140 again.

 

2) Non-immigrant Grace periods should be made atleast once in a h1b term, and shoule get extended on extension applications

 

3) Eligiblity of Employment authorization in compelling circumstances is a very rigid rule and should be removed to make the proposal more efficient.

 

4) 140 approved peitioners should be provided with EAD/AP relief if the petitions are waiting more than 3 years.

Sorry, not possible.. thats too much push.. We can only request but cannot force..everyone needs to understand it by thyself.. vallu rayyakunna parvaledu kani negative comments alla raseyvallu agipokunda untey chalu.. 

 

'Even though we write a comment nothing's gonna happen' --> this comment is big time killer.. alteast i would be in peace to know that i worked towards it.. may be drop in ocean so be it.. 

I'm positive that most of ppl in db will understand..  they are just sour.. although few people comment here negatively.. they are going ahead and writing it..

andaru edo bhayapadtunnat unnaru rayataniki... thats a general notion i observed.. they should actively write comments.. if you see overall 80% have given names.. i think we still have 30 days and comments will pile up to 15-20k ..
