Also call and send a copy of online pass certificate  to auto insurance guys..

they will get you discount as well..

I'm 90 on 70mph speed limit road when cop stopped me.
I said speed got picked up rolling down the hill. He did not give points as my DL is out of state and he fined me (40$ +140 court cost).
In receipt he mentioned " seen visually and in radar". this is in Ohio


DBians please suggest what I are my options now
1. pay the fine
2. don't plead gulity
