kadu..I over think. Which I am unable to control. 

 

Check on instances in the day when you dont overthink.. and observe why you don't overthink.. Observe both things as a bystander to yourselves (Like a second person watching).. this would at least help you to get down to a root cause analysis.

Hey dude I dont know who you are...

But stress anxiety ki nenu oka solution cheptanu...

US lo oka school or college friend untadu kada... call chesi oka 30 mins matladu.. matallo tell himyour anxiety problems and ask him for a week stay.. take leave and go to his place and iddaru kalisi trip veyandi over the weekend.. Then before coming back make sure you sleep by 10 and wake up by 7... after coming back keep sleeping by 10 and wake up by 7... stress anxiety 80% potayi... keep doing gym too

edi sesina idi podu. personal ga friend di choosa, vaadu chivariki thattukoleka ikkade treatment teesukunadu, 6 months nadichindi oo 60% recover ayyadu. suggest visiting psycologist in india. until den use b-complex.

sometimes us lo lack of vitamin D valla kuda ostadhi or too much stress in system, one india trip will solve the problem..

 

 

They will have side effects except ayurvedic medicines.. For ayurvedic medicines you have to maintain certain diet..else they won't show result.. Moreover it will take effect very slowly.. Ashwagandha is a good recommendation.. It boosts immune system ..drink powder or tablet with warm milk before bed..you will get in Indian stores..

You need to hit the gym or join group exercises.. Thats best remedy.. Make new friends meet new people..Treat stress/ anxiety naturally.. Probably a different perception of thinking would do that too.

Great Post... So many people who are (IT contractors/MS USA) like us suffers from anxiety/stress/panic not because we are weak but to hold our position here.. This is my personal feeling.... i too some times have severe anxiety due to work related and etc....... i will do below things to combat stress/anxiety/panic

 

 

1) I will Drink green tea with honey and lemon (instant relief in office)

 

2) I will Drink Chamomile , oolong tea at home some times (makes you feel sleep but will get rid of anxiety)

 

3) I will try walking for atleast 4 miles a day, using fit bit to keep track of the activity (so far lost 11 lbs from the last 2 months)

 

4) Call to india, talk with parents, relatives (Instant relief)

 

5) Don't Compare with anyone (major cause of stress)

 

6) Write a list of alternatives in a word pad named what the worst can happen

it helps to calm ur brain and apetite control...help reduce stress eating disorder also
