you cannot face him legally.. try to tell him that you are not planning to move...  scoop the money with some trial like marriages.. appulu ..somthing.. and then move out. this would have been done initially as your all saving with emp will be used for rotating and askign huge will not be possible and emp tries all the time to escape paying unless he is transperent. eod ,it is a business and sentiments have no role to play no matter how long your association is or what role you have played in the growth of the company
