I meant ippudu nenu h1b lo unnaa person ...h4 ki  convert ayyii malli h4 to h4 EAD approve anni 15 days lo ayyipothaayaa ani...ee DB lo ne evvaro chepparu to convert from h1b to h4 oka 15 days and malli h4 to h ead oka 3 months ani... so just to confirm malli aduguthunnaa ...

dude h4 ead ki no premium processing. H4 approve ainanka it will take 3-4 months to get EAD

Attorney filed along with my extension

 

1.      H-4 extension petition: $290 filing fee + $300 attorney’s fee for a sum total of $590

2.       H-4 EAD application: $380 filing fee + $300 attorney’s fee for a sum total of $680

Contracting but my employer is american company and I paid for h4 extension.
