Looks like he much more dynamic than you are and more over, like someone already mentioned, be diplomatic at work and unless you have a very good rapport dont ask favors or do favors (even if it is talking in a low voice)

 

In your situation, that BA did what was the RIGHT thing to do. Dont do any favor for any one you dont care about. He obviously dont care about you so he said "Mein tere liye nahi hoon" ani. 

 

You better dont give a fk to him as well. In fact you are wasting time thinking about that arrogant BA.
