Try to invest something like this.I am planning to do this.

 

Ikkada unnavallu chala mandhi hyd lo flats kontunaru investment purpose kosam 60l nunchi start ayi 1c dakha petti kontunaru and rent ki isthunaru you will end up gettng rent from 12 to 18k or at max 20k.

 

Idhe amount ni like oka commercial space(like  supermakets,dental  clinics ala ichukune commercial space not office space)  ni oka 1.5c to 2c konandi.So okkare antha amount petti konaleru kabatti relative or friend tho kalupukuni same flat ki pette amount ne 75 to 1c per person idharu kalipi konandi.You will end up getting rent from 65k to 90k per month .You can get more rent.

 

Usually apartments lo kindha amme e space ni register chesetappu per sq ft cheppuna lekka vesi apartments kindhane ammutharu builders so two or 3 flats kindha koni 2 or 3 ppl konte register cheyinchukondi.Deeni valla advantage entante ila flats kindha register cheyadam valla you can apply for home loans and get it for lesser interest else commercial ki aithe txes and loan interests are heavy.Oka 20 to 30 lakhs property ni takkuva ki register cheyinchandi builder ki cash ichi deenivalla you can save tax on that money as well.

Ippudu 1.5c property lo idharu 25l per manishi cash katti 1c loan so 50 lakhs per loan teesukuni kattesukunna easy untadhi.per person avg rent will be 30 to 45 k per month .Commercial space inka fast ga appreciate kooda avthundhi.

 

Just give it a a thought .Deeniki manchi nammakasthudaina friend or relative unte will be very good investment instead of investing in a flat which is going to be rented

area gurinchi research and telisina builder unte it will be easy nuvvu cheppe space khaali ga unnay but avi office space .Banks,supermarkets,clinics chala high demand undhi office space ki .Banks vallaki andharu ivvaru space endukante vallu safe ly avi ivi kadtharu space spoil aithadhani .there is good demand for commercial space .
