Naa problem entant last year same place lo tinevadni... aa taste nachaka oka 2 weeks nunchi different places try chestunna.. ippudu taste baane undi kaani 2-3 days nunchi khaleja lo barista lo mahesh paristhi ayipoyindi... malli routine ki ravala.. leka inko week continue cheyala ani alochistunna 

 

cook chesuko.

yeah try some different food, probably weather change or food poisoning or anything could be the reason. vomitings, diarrhea laantivi low quality food thinnappudu common kada.

HYd lo emukala podi mixing in irani chai,

Kukkala oil using in biryani chala sting operations lo byta paddayi.

Even Bawarchi vaadu chanipoyina kodis using in biryani like that.


It's all due to not making the owners liable.


Simple test eat in restaurants where the owner also eating the same food.

Oka  two weeks nunchi different places lo tintuna... only breakfast same place... ala chesthe health padavtundi ani chala mandi chepparu.. does anyone among you follow this ?

1) preserved ingrediants

2) oils

3) sanity

 

 

no matter what ivi intlo chesukunnadanikanna thakkuvaaaa  .....

Problem solved ... ivi follow chesaka

 

* Less oily foods

* Less quantities at a time 

* Curd compulsary in the daily diet

* Drinking more water
