ikkada friends evaraina naa situation face chessi untae koncham salahalu ivvandi....Naa GC-perm denied for typographical error...maa attorney gaaru country of citizenship ane collumn lo....nennu omerica citzen ani pettindhi...aa reason cheppi naa perm deny chessaru...i know it i blunder but have to accept for what it is...... maa attorney typo graphical error ani cheppi...motion to repopen file cheddamu antundhi...any idea on how long it takes...meeku evarikiana ilanti stiuations lo anubhavam untae cheppandi....ee issue kosam employer change avvali malli tranefer pettukovali and adariki telisindae entha karchu avvutundo...so suggestions plz....

if you lose your case you can sue advocate. same think happened to my friend, his 6th yr ending and advocate typo last name resulted in denial of his Perm. He hired advocate and filed a law suite against Advocate, he won the case and they paid him 2M and 1year stay in any country in the world. He moved to Canada(free everything). After 1yr filed H1 and came back to US. This happened in 2011.
