Problem In Opening The Pdf- Ui

Hello Bayya's, did anyone came across the same issue of opening a pdf file on IE 11. UI lo i am unable to view or download the pdf file, rest all browsers are working fine. Google chesthe edho windows settings and then restart should work anadu bt i tried all possible ways. Please help me with some solution.

Follow these steps:
a. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button . In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.
b. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet options.
c. Click the Security tab.
d. Now click on Trusted sites and then click on the sites button.
e. Enter the Website URL and click on Add.
f. When you are finished, click on Close
