question Contract: Two Week Extension

Maaku general ga 3 months ki okkasari contract extend chestharu. oka one month back kotta CEO vachindi. so rules anni marchesthondi ani vinikidi. Ninna mail vachindi next 15 days ki temporary extension icharu and "we are still working on extensions beyond that date as approvals are still in process" antunnaru mail lo. 

 

 Monna ne scrum meeting lo naa TL gaadu nannu andari mundu appreciate kooda chesadu. (of course adi oka bisket anukondi) job ni kapadukovali ela gaina ani thinking. so ilanti situation ela handle cheyyali ? konchem pls advice.

yes actual ga last year feb lo oka 200 mandini including ft and contractors fire chesaru. so appatinunchi unna ft candidates andaru month ki 2 ppl jump koduthunnaru. there is one IT director but we report to our manager no direct contact with IT director.

hmm ah IT director eh important man - vaadiki telustaayi nee project lo emanna issues unnaya in terms of business emanna fall backs unnaya anedi - he is your best bet - and I know u r into QA - test managers ki antha scene eh undadu - they are jujubis compared to bigger designation ppl - I believe ur best bet would be to improve ur rappo with IT Dir - FL lo ppl piccha cool untaaru unlike any other state. Try to establish good relation with IT Dir and also keep looking out for other jobs.

yes issues vachayi baa POS vallaki 3 code drops aagipoyayi as there system is unstable eppudu ave issues vasthunnai. so she got pissed off and trying to find the root cause. Anyways Thanks for your valuable suggestions baa. :)
