Health insurance employer deggara kakunda private gaa teeskunna.Last year lo insurance konni months ki matrame teeskunna. June lo job ipoindhi.

 

june - july india ki poina. ee gap lo insurance cancel ipoindhi. vacchaka chala late ga realize ayya. Malli dec lo inko insurance teeskunna. so jan to june varake covered. rest of the months not covered.

 

ilanti situation ela deal cheyyali.

what. naku ee form 1095 raledu mari but i had health insurance throughout the year 2015. nadi employer group plan. is this form for only few states or everybody get it?

year mottam lo lekapote this is penalty...but not sure for partial year...chudali

 

 

The fee for not having coverage in 2015

The penalty for 2015 is the higher of these:

  • 2% of household income
  • Maximum: Total yearly premium for the national average price of a Bronze plan sold through the Marketplace

OR

  • $325 per adult
  • $162.50 per child under 18
  • Maximum: $975
