question related to H1 filling.

He was in L1B visa and I-94  valid till 15^th Nov 2015. But enrolled for F-1 and  approved at 5^th March 2015. HE was not totally aware and  previous employer told  that he can work till Nov 2015, as he have L1 visa and I-94 valid, so he continued to work. He left my job on 14^th Nov 2015 and just continued  studies.

Now trying to apply change of status from F1 to H1 through 2016 cap count.

 

 Work period from March to Nov based on I-94 will affect his H1 by any chance?

if you took cpt from March 5 th then its ok...or never mention your job from march  to nov 2015 in you resume...

Okka sari sevis active inaka he should not work .. Its like workibg without opt which is illegal .. If dso not aware of this and dint terminate her sevis .. He should be good ..usssccciiiss ki telvadu anukunta whethr he was working or not thats the reason they ask for payslips to maintain status
