My community including myself , my family and extended family members have been waiting for the rule for sometime. 
Like the H4EAD we are welcoming this rule as well whole heart.
Before H4EAD my wife was doing cash jobs and paid with pseudo name and pseudo SSN and my bothers company helped for some-years so much tension, later we had some difference in percentage settlements, luckily at that time you announced H4EAD we were able to file EAD for her and now she is working in SAP at a good rate. The only grief now we its being taxed earlier it was not. There is hit in salary we okay at-least we are able to do legal and also good thing is she is able to do work in walmart when she has spare time at office. Our heartfelt thanks you for H4EAD and this rule. Now this new year gift for the announced rule we are excited and dollar value is increasing India rupee rate helps us a lot to send more to andra.

For the I140 rule other than delay to get the rule out we are very happy with the rule and contents as it benefits us to do more working hard and stay in America.

 

My attorney Murthy is also excited about the new rule and she send me an email and she told there are so many good things "Proposed Rule Would Provide Improved Job Flexibility, Grace Periods, and More". She is asset to the country and help my fellas to continue and earning more. 

One Suggestion please incorporate My brain tells one-time grace period is not good can you remove it. If its just mentioning just 60 days she will be able manage and show out of status of 1 day each 60 times and I can be least worried because she can represent me for 60 different times.There are some minor things I am sure she will be able to work with you and rectify grace period thing. 

Also some people not from my community sir, some stupid fellas are telling compelling circumstances is not good. I don't know why those idiots try to understand that if they go with my attorney she will be able to help them and get them EAD showing some certificates and proof for EAD.
