Bro.. I didn't say they won't have the rights. I just said that they are as good as someone from other country living in India. I just said that they better stop portraying they like India and stuff.

Ipdudu manam US lo untu.. US bagupadali ani emain chestama?

nuvvu vere angle lo choodu ee situation ni.

you want a particular ward member as councilor, so you go out and vote. why should I vote, when I don't even konw the name of the guy standing in my ward?

should I just blindly vote for a party? How is it better than not voting, and let more informed people make their choice?

Like I said, the lesser number of voters, the more power they have to influence a choice. So by not voting, I'm empowering those who took the time to find out about their local politician.

 adhi request aithe okay.

vote veyyakapovatam is a good thing. 1 ward - 3000 votes anuko. 2000 people don't turn up to vote. it means each vote is now worth 3 times it would've been if all had voted.

this means it is good for those who vote. They are more likely to see the candidate they chose as the winner.

now asking us to imagine if the candidate is a rowdy is all BS logic. As if there's another kind in India or anywhere.

if there's a genuine candidate, more people will come and vote.

Ade problem ... say 100 ppl who truned up for voting... valla chetilo ne untadi evaru elect avtaro anedi. That should not happen. Anduke everybody asks people to cast their vote.

See, 500 odd people sitting in parliament drive the country. They are not effective and efficient. Since we don't have an alternative, we still use the same system.

But, only some people deciding on something doesn't sound good.

gundela meedha cheyyi vesi cheppu bhayya. Is India worse off than it was 20yrs ago?

every city has way better infra than 20yrs ago, has improved governance, made its citizens life easier than before.

Do you think it is possible if only rowdies sit in the pariliament or assembly or city council?

let the poor vote, and get their members to the council and get their benefits. As it is the rich have enough flyovers and malls and metro stations to spend their time in.

Simple bro.. If you want India to be better, you shall cast a blank vote if you don't like a goon ruling you. When you don't participate, you are giving your chance to other voters. You can like India so does any other human being on Earth. What makes you different is that u r an "Indian"!

I understand you don't wanna waste a min for those goons but you can spend time for your country. Spare your country from these worthless rulers. If you are busy and can't vote, that's a different case. If you could, and if you want to make India better, you need to stage your support( even for nobody with a blank vote).

India economy perigindi. Foreign investments, multi national organizations are fueling India. Since we have metros, malls, etc, we don't have to stop rooting for betterment. Complacency! We are good so we don't bother about who the people's representative in my area - sounds bad bro. suppose vaadu mana properties ni grab cheskunte.. or something bad cheste, then we feel the other way around.

Manadaka vache varaku em cheyakapodam ee kada pedda problem.

I already cancelled my schedule to react on Kapu Gharajan Mishap. Producer just lost close to one CR in interest. My schedule is really busy. If i would have been little relieved i would have definitely voted. But i dont want to VOTE or put a blank vote and make my voice of restraining heard by putting pressure on my producer.

Probably if it was General elections i would have planned the schedule differently. Moreover i dont know the street level issues which GHMC is supposed to address with its new elected candidates. Its the people who live and spend and suffer in the constituency know better and will take their call to the booth.

So there a million reasons why i didnt vote. So please dont assume that by not voting i did something wrong. i acted within the boundaries of my constitution.

How much FDI do you think India has received since 2000? It will probably be 1/4th of gdp of India in just one year.

They are not the ones fueling India.

having malls, metros are good for the rich. What about the slums? Do they need a decent drainage, 24/7 power, etc?

what happens if you keep voting for your candidate, who promises stupid things like zero corruption? What if he wins in an area where poor and rich live together?

more and more finances will be diverted to useless activities (like building parks) than to lessen the pain of the poor.

that's why, let the poor have their say too. If you can, don't vote. That's what I am saying.

I'm saying that its a good thing to sacrifice your vote for the larger good. you won't lose a thing.
