LCA  minimum wage per hour is 80 dollars anuko , appudu , nenu oka month ke 8 hrs chesi , next month 6 hrs chesi if i take that hourly amount , is that valid to maintain Concurrent H1

You can work for different clients... But your payroll should be run only from employer who is sponsoring you. Your salary should be > or = lca amount. But the problem if you work for different client places is uscis may come to site visit for the location you filed in LCA and if they don't find you it will be problem

LCA does not mention per hour salary. It only mentions annual salary. All you have to take care is your salary at end of year is is > or = amount mentioned in LCA.
