Before posting here, better be comment at regulations.gov about 140 EAD AP rule.


Ask them to give unrestricted EAD for all 140 APproved people.



If you won't comment there, you are kind of barking here with your posts like layedoff etc.,



All F1 and H1s and dependents should be commented.

One way or other employee has to loose that amount.

why employee has to loose, (if any) it is the employees fault who gives that kind of chance to employers to take advantage and lie. By law an employee should not pay for his own H-Okati, if any employer is demanding money or asking to bear the price ask him to request the same in writing and report the same to doa, this kind of crap needs to stop. Let the law deal with those as-s h0les

Do you think that employers lose money by paying your H1 fee?


Even FT ayyina vaadu one or other way employee ki bonus cut or yearly salary less pay chestharu.

It makes difference. We are not asking GC.

We are asking unrestricted EAD

I have approved I-140 and waiting for my priority date to become current. I was thinking that the proposed rule would allow to file for EAD for me and my dependents but it seems that the proposed rule would not be helpful for for me. Please remove the condition for compelling circumstances and please provide protection for aging out dependent kids of H1B visa holder. My kids (twins) are turning 21 in the month of June 2016 and I am not allowed to file I-485 form as my priority date is not current so my kids have to change their status to F1 which will be a big hassle for them. Please include CSPA protection for kids turning 21 in this rule and please remove unnecessary restrictions for this rule. Please provide advance parole also so that international travel would be possible while waiting for green card. Please remove condition of "priority date within one year of becoming current" for extension of EAD.
