Apple store ki tisukelthe, we cant replace because half of the phone has genuine apple parts and the rest are 3rd party parts ani pampesaru. malli insurance vallaki call chesthe, howle gallu malli refurb phone pamparu.

It is 100% refurbbished repaired peice for $200(iphone). even u can ask insurance company by calling and they clearly say they can't guarantee if it's new peice or not.
