ma office lo okadini immediate fire chesaru...the reason is

 

oka contractor ni hired like 3 weeks ago...put him on very imp project so far so good. Yesterday a fellow colleague or someone found out that he used a scr!pt that belong to his previous comp he worked for in this current project..

 

.thts it no questions asked .. 

 

so now they are adding that there is very strict policy on using the stuff found when u gooogle a problem and use it in the project anta..

 

so be careful when u use any third party assemblies with out license agreements bet ur company and that third party or be it anything that leads to a copyright infringement ....

 

just a a caution...dont believe everyone in the office whom u work with they may be nice to you outside but will definitely throw u under the bus just like that..i believe this happened coz one fellow in the team is very cunning and etc etc..so be careful whom u speak and what u speak and all that..for example even be careful when u use f word on someone out of a little frustration when u speak to another colleague or someone in the office , this kind of stuff gets around the office so quick and may be land u in trouble. All I am saying is be very cautious and try to keep ur feelings and emotions to urself ..dont take it out or speak to someone in the office, you never know who is friend or foe...

also about the friends and getting them too deep with them is ot good,, loosing cool is n good,,too friendly is no good,

you gotta handle things in a smart way,,,examples co workers trying to prove better than you, co workers trying to ditch you,,,situations ike this never loose your cool and have to handle things in a smart way rather than just getting rebel to them....another one boss is always right,,,no matter what shyt he speaks or lives upto....whatevaa,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
